DELIVERY TIME
We always strive to ship orders placed before 5:00 PM the same day. This means (depending on PostNL's workload) that you'll receive your order the next business day (in the Netherlands). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. We use PostNL letterbox mail.

 

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping within the Netherlands costs €1.99 and is free for orders over €25.

 

RETURNS
You can return items (visibly unused and undamaged) within 14 days of receipt. Please send the package to:

EXCHANGES
Want to exchange your bag for another product? No problem, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply email us what you'd like to exchange, and we'll send you the replacement immediately after receiving the item you'd like to exchange.
